Still figuring out the best way to pixelate parts of videos. Im using CapCut right now. im doing the best I can. I used overlay, doubled it, mask want the mosaic pixelation... it's moving? I don't know how to explain it but I also don't care anymore. I'm just gonna put it out there. It looks like old censored adult videos on tv.
