🕑 Added 2024-12-29 13:54:37 +0000 UTC I want to share my two favorite rubber band exercises that always give great mood and results! 💪1. Squats with a resistance band: This exercise is great for working out your leg and buttock muscles. Feel your muscles burning and move towards your goal! 🍑🔥2. Leg Raise on all fours with a resistance band: A great way to strengthen gluteal muscles and improve balance. Doing this exercise, I can feel my strength and stability increasing with each repetition! 🤸♀️✨If you like these exercises too or want to try them, don't forget to give them a like! ❤️👇Share your favorite resistance band exercises in the comments - let's motivate each other! 🗨️💪
