Thank you for your patience. Does anyone else massively struggle with their schedule being disrupted? I notice that if I stay in a groove I’m good but if something unexpected comes up, even if it doesn’t take up my entire day, I’m kind of lost and struggling for the remainder of that day/week. I know it’s an area I need to strive for more personal growth in and I’m working at it but it’s difficult for me to u feet and the WHY behind it.
