🕑 Added 2021-11-22 18:50:11 +0000 UTC Please bear with me today you guys. I was hospitalized with Rhabdo this morning. Gosh it’s such a mind trip. I just went back to the gym last week, I took it really easy or so I thought. I use to work out and push myself really hard but last week I took it all so easy. There was some normal soreness in my legs that subsided, my arms though continues to swell and become stiff and incredibly painful over the weekend. Last night I thought, ok this might actually be something more serious going on. Lab work confirmed my CPK is dangerously high; a measure of muscular breakdown that can harm the kidneys so here I am in the hospital to prevent renal damage.
