🕑 Added 2021-05-20 15:43:59 +0000 UTC House tour!!! It’s so much better than it was 10 days ago when I started. I’ve scraped and refinished all the popcorn ceilings except giant vaulted living room one which I’m going to have a friend help me wood plank later. The garden level basement ceiling is my project today. It’s been patched and has one coat of primer on it. It need another primer coat and probably 2 paint coats. What do you think of that feature wall in the kitchen that I did? I’ve been doing so much biting but necessary reno projects I needed a small artistic expression project to feed my soul so I indulged that urge yesterday. Carpet cleaners are scheduled for Saturday and I purchased flooring for the downstairs that needs to be installed this weekend or next week. Eventually the carpet upstairs needs to be replaced but I dont have the cash for that right now. The downstairs carpet was 🤢 so that was the priority to get gone. The upstairs is in mostly good condition just dirty and stained. I’m sure there will still be some stains after the pro carpet cleaning BUT it will be clean so I can live with that. Nope you enjoyed this non sexy, real life update of what I’ve been slaving away at and why I’ve barely been posting 😅 Thank you all for sticking around during this time despite the decrease in activity from me. I know it’s been a crazy spring. I hope to respond to all the messages in my inbox later this evening or tomorrow also! Don’t think I’m ignoring you, I’m really just on a deadline to get this ready to move into very soon!
