Midnight painting over at my new house 🙃 Soooo much yo do in the next few weeks before I have to be out of my rental! Today I scraped down popcorn ceilings in two bedrooms and one hallway. I got this one room completely primed; ceiling and walls. I suspect I’ll need one more coat of primer on the ceiling and then walls and ceiling will be ready for paint. I’m so proud of myself got getting the ceilings done all by my self 💪 that was the project I was most intimidated by and so many people told me not to do it because it’s so messy and awful. It was certainly tedious but I know I will be so glad I did it! There’s vaulted ceilings in the living room and master bedroom that I’m still feeling 🥴🥺 about doing but I’m going to do the “easy” low ceilings first. Kitchen is the next one to scape popcorn off of but I want yo get these other ceilings completed before I get too ahead of myself.
Are any of you contractors or have you purchased a fixer upper that you remodeled yourself?
