Honestly, the stress of the pandemic and all the changes are really getting to me emotionally. It’s been a struggle. I’m so disappointed in myself for how I’ve neglected my page but then the compassionate side of me recognizes that I’ve honestly done my very best. Do any of you struggle regularly or on occasion with depression or other mental health concerns?
