Two vids because my camera cut out partway through. What I want to know is are you here for the natural toenails or would you rather them be painted?
I’m really interested in psychology and I read a lot of books about the way the brain works. Something I’ve been noticing in my own interpersonal saga as of late is that I like to confront conflict head on and my counterpart likes to withdraw and be avoidant. For me, that withdrawing is agony. I had a really rough day yesterday trying to sit with my own anxious thoughts as while my person was recluse and cold. I noticed how dark my mind gets when I’m iced out. I’m trying to observe my reaction with curiosity, I withhold judgment and just notice my own patterns. Anyway, I’m just sharing my own ponderings.
