You guys.... I’m literally asleep on my feet right now. I left my studio in a hurry tonight after my last client to unexpectedly help a family member to the hospital for some gnarly head stitches. Anyway, I did not get what I wanted to filmed and posted for you yesterday as my normal filming time was used doing the Instagram live, I hope you caught it! I cannot emphasize enough how WARM and plump my soles are right now, I really need a foot massage... send strong, helping hands.
