So for those who are interested in my Bodybuilding this is the current situation: Still off cycle as I've been recovering from injuries. I'm now 6 weeks into training properly injury free and shape is starting to come back ! I will hopefully be back on cycle within a week or so I'm just waiting on a delivery of some bits 💪 man it's expensive at the moment so I appreciate your support 👊 I will be doing a lean grow Phase keeping calories as tight as possible while allowing enough to grow . With a goal to maintain low bodyfat levels and add the extra muscle tissue back that I used to have and look into a few pro qualifiers this year or early next year depending on my new supplier's gear and how fast I progress...I should progress very quickly as I have not ran a cycle for a long time now and I had 30kg of muscle to re gain from before my previous illness last year . So good things to come I'm excited and I'm going to be bringing a mad physique to the stage whenever I compete! I'm confident I'll be getting pro in my next few shows so that is the goal . I'll be looking at these shows : Poland , Spain for this year ,maybe UK depending on flights . If these are too soon as I'm progressing rapidly then I'll take the time to let me body do what it needs to do rather then slow my progress down and look for early shows next year . 💪 Let's have this 💪👊
