The truth is my mental health and physical health has been in somewhat of a downward spiral for some time now and it’s effected everything in my life.
Personal issues that I wish to keep private are happening currently and I will be taking the weekend to heal and fix things.
I will also be removing a lot of my old post and thinking about the type of content I want to put out in the future. This is no means a post starting that I am quitting. More of a post explaining why and what is happening if you see a shift in my post and wonder why my social media is looking empty â£ï¸
