I spent my birthday in the ER, I got several new diagnoses, had painful surgeries and many annoying medication changes. I've worked 7 days a week, every single day, with no vacations, no fun, and endless anxieties. Overall, I have been incredibly miserable. I have suffered from severe chronic physical pain and daily depression and anguish due to my mental health issues.
