**lil personal update**: i am intending on quitting/drastically cutting back on my prescription adhd medication (again) lol.
since it isn’t legal in japan, and i have felt like it isn’t doing what i’ve been needing it to do as much these days anyways (along with shitty side effects) i’m going to see if i can manage without it leading up to my trip to japan which is in a few weeks…!
i’m really anxious because i’ve been relying on it for energy/focus/motivation for the majority of this year (and prior but it has been most consistent this year) and i feel like letting you guys know because i’m anticipating it being somewhat of a struggle in all aspects of my life, and of course staying on top of OF stuff 😅 i know i can do it though because i usually take weekends off anyways, AND i did the same thing around 2 ish years ago for like ~7 months-a year? but still.
i want to start now so it won’t hit me as hard fatigue-wise when i get to japan!!!! that’s my hope.
if anyone has been through similar (hopefully with success) and has tips for regaining energy and motivation please send them my way! i’d love to know anything that has helped.
so yeah, just letting you guys know what’s up with me because i like to be open on here and share what’s going on haha. my hope is to not feel the need to take it again at least for a while after my trip and go from there!
