🕑 Added 2022-01-11 23:25:12 +0000 UTC Now for those of you who havent seen me bulking before, this is what you can expect for when we go into the winter season in New Zealand in about 5 months time. The weight I got up to in the photos above was 117kg so i'm hopeful with your support and encouragement i'll be able to beat that and get up into the 120-130kg range. Just a little history on the whole bulking thing and why i'm doing it also... its something a lot of more well known bodybuilders do in their off-season (during winter) and a lot of power lifters are like this all year round but I'm doing it to help lift heavier weights in the gym and get some new personal bests on my bench and squat numbers. Plus its cool to just eat whatever you want and see everything grow bigger for a good 6 months of the year! So yeah thats the plan for where my physique will be heading in about 5-6 months so hopefully you guys will enjoy round 2 of my growth and bulking journey ;)
