Every week I do a set of intervals on the track -- repeated sessions of fast running, with rest in between. It's an amazing fitness tool that keeps me in shape, although there is a lot of pain that goes with it! 😂 This week's workout was two 1200 meter intervals and three 400 meter intervals. One lap around the outdoor track is 400 meters.
