Checking in to see how you’re feeling at the end of this week. So tell me, how are you feeling? ♥️ Here are some gentle thoughts to support whatever energetic state you’re in! And of course even if there are multiple energetic states you’re in, pick the one that resonates the most. If you’re feeling good, woot! I’m so happy for you. Take a few moments at some point in your day or this weekend to hold gratitude for this state you’re in! Gives thanks for the blessings and good fortune you have in your life right now. If you’re feeling tired, try to have an easy going weekend, or create moments of ease when you can. Refresh your immune system with vitamin C, or enjoy a delicious fruit platter! Get a good nights sleep if you can. If you’re feeling stressed, repeat to yourself mentally or out loud 5 times slowly, “This too shall pass” And remember that you always have the power to allow or not allow experiences, obligations, or challenges to govern how you feel. If you’re feeling horny, lucky you! Make sure you tend to that urge mindfully yet of course with erotic thrill or sensual passion. If you’re watching a creators body expression, and of course mine, send a positive thought before hand such as, “thank you for this gift” or “thank you for this pleasure I’m going to have” so to create more ethical connection to being the viewer of sacred sexuality. If you’re feeling relaxed, mmm that’s so good. Maybe you want to excite that relaxation? Charge your energy up a little? Or maybe you want to continue letting the relaxation settle deeper and deeper with more practices or activities that will enrich it. No matter what! I wish you a beautiful and wonderful weekend.
