If you keep up with me at my IG you may know that I threw my back out, or I had a back spasm, I really don’t know what happened at this point but on Monday I couldn’t move at all, and today l’m doing better and was able to get out of the house to take care of some errands! Wanted to say hi here at this space so here’s some slow gentle moves to go with my current energy I have to stay in (no complaints, I need the relaxation) We’ll have to save the more wild energy for in the future. 😜🐯 Hope you’re having a great day! 😘 xo
