I took a lil mental health break this week, and y’all should too! :3 It was very refreshing, and I feel so much happier and so grateful for the simplest things now! After taking this time to check in with my emotions, I learned to accept the good/bad days, live in the present moment, get my head out of past/future worries, and just be kind to myself! I realized I start to get down on days when I’m super busy, because I ignore myself ☹️ I started to acknowledge myself and I feel like I’ve become my own best friend again! (It’s easy to get lost in the sauce sometimes though, and it’s okay!) Now, I shall resume with my regularly scheduled programming my hammys! I am starting to film my NNN content tomorrow, it’ll be dropping soon and I shall has ALL your nuts!!!!! MUAHAHAHA 😈💕
