Starting the day stretching it out in my lil paradise overlooking the jungle and ocean๐๐ โ๏ธspreading open and letting the sunshine fill my cells with warmth and life while I take in the vibrant sounds of all the happy aminals (and construction trucks pass by).
Feels oh so yummy to feel free and in communion with nature. The eco sensual way of life is the life for meeeeeโจ
Sometimes on vacation my yoga practice can get away from me, but while Iโve been in Costa Rica, itโs been surprisingly easy to wake up and move my body. Weโve been super active every day whether weโre hiking to waterfalls, whitewater river rafting, walking the sprawling beaches and cities, or swimming and catching waves in the warm ocean waters so my body is quite tight and needs all the stretchies. Always learning to listening deeper to what my body and soul desires. Wonโt you join mi?!
