These morning beach runs have become a routine for me, and instead of absolutely dreading running like I usually do, I look forward to them! I feel blissful as I jog down the coastline barefoot👣, sun on my skin🌞, salty breeze through my hair🌬, cool splashes at my feet💦.
They’re getting easier too as my endurance is building! And I just love the little rocky spot at the end of the beach where the surfers flock. Gives me time to catch my breath before the second leg and really enjoy and take in my happy place.
