***SWEATY WORKOUT!*** **Want the footage I shot from the other angles in this video? Check your DMs ;)** I have discovered a love of home high intensity interval training workouts and I have been putting myself through them for a while to develop my conditioning...what do you think about my technique? I have to admit it gets worse the more tired I get and this one had me absolutely knackered! At the end of this video I'm still only 55% through the workout! Sometimes I think I need someone shouting at me nearby to keep me motivated! BUT I FINISHED IT! You should have seen the STATE of me afterwards!!!
