Some shoulder strengthening yoga. This is the PG(ish) version of what I sent out to your DMs this weekend - I think I know which one you prefer though 😝
This was supposed to be a GENTLE workout but I was fucking soaked in sweat after it! My shoulder strength is so bad compared to my leg strength so I’ve been working hard for AGES to gently try and build that delt strength!
