Practicing my old bodybuilding poses with some additions - Over the past year I’ve been very slowly doing a sustainable cut. My diet is much cleaner now but I’ve adapted my habits so slowly and by focusing on upping fibre, protein and fats and keeping my bl00d glucose steady (spikes = subsequent crashes and cravings and misery) and I eat almost no refined carbohydrates these days (but because I genuinely never really want them - if I do want them, I have them. For something to be sustainable it has to not make you miserable and not feel like a punishment). What I love most about training and nutrition is that you can literally see and feel the results - and even though the sustainable changes take longer to see, they are so much better than doing crash diets and crazy amounts of cardio (both of which DO NOT RESULT IN LONG TERM HEALTH). Also - the healthier my body gets, the more energy I have and the more I genuinely WANT to film content for you - I’ve been feeling myself lately (metaphorically and literally 😜) and I think the content I make as a result is better, and I’m sure you’ll agree after seeing this weeks content - feat a whit lace cotton thong and a lot of slow mo ☺️ Do you like it better when I’m feeling myself?? Like this post if you do 😘😘 xx
