Late to the post today.
I'm making a new rule!
I'm dying of muscle soreness and I think I even got a minor muscle sprain. New rule is warm up and stretch before photos! Some poses (not today's or yesterday's of course) are very challenging and I am in these poses long enough to get a clear photo. considering I have been taking photos for hours my muscles sometimes fail.
I'm sick of the long recovery time so hopefully the new rule will help me.
What I want more than anything right now is a massage...
