It's starting to slow down but that a good thing at the moment, don't want it to drop too fast 😊 Abs are starting to show a bit more even when I'm just standing upright and that's a positive 😃 I've been on a strict diet now for 4 weeks and it's really starting to clear up. Many of you want to see me train and even though i'm still very busy in my "Other" life I will do my absolute best to record a workout next week. I really want to show you how my body looks with a pump😉
