Bath time!
I fill up the tub and add some bath stuff.
I get in and go about my routine with a body scrub and soap.
Once out, I put on oils and lotions and make sure to rub my body down well with it all.
My routine isn’t always this extensive but self care evenings are important 😎
May include background noise.
