IT'S THE FIRST DAY OF PREP!!!!
I have a nice little film for you, silhouette-style flexing in front of my dressing room window as I reflect on the significance of the day. I'll get this uploaded for you asap!
Thank you to everyone who has stuck with me through this long, but so short GS. I can't wait to give you a REAL show in this next phase! You know you'll see ALL the BTS cutting moments that make this season savage!!! Slowly revealing the muscle I worked so hard for!!!
Low key freaking out, but high key glad it's here. I've worked my ass off. I know I worked hard, without a doubt! But... I'm also sad that I couldn't gain more. There is that utter disappointment in the days that weren't perfect, or I got in my own way... I don't want to JUST be human. This sport demands more than humanly possible!! I also refuse to lose the magic by only seeing my own flaws. This is a marathon, not a sprint. I DO weigh more than I ever have, and am leaner at my top weight than ever!! THAT'S PROOF!!! that's proof!! I can't doubt myself.. not now.. Just keep growing under the discipline of the process, & hand myself over to it. There's only going forward. Best. Attitude.
Send a little good energy my way today. & Thank you so much for all your support!!!
