Just set up your phone in good light, hit record, and film yourself for 5 minutes every day for 10 days. Talk about anything—a great movie you just watched, your dreams, your favorite pastry, or even where guinea pigs come from! By the end of those 10 days, you’ll notice a huge difference, not just in how you talk, but in your posture, voice, and confidence. If we’re not confident in what we’re doing, it shows.So that’s today’s tip from me: PRACTICE! 😊🙌🎬
