I had a fan write this to me, and before I respond to her I wanted to show her how frustratingly normal this feeling can be, that nothing is wrong with her, and show her how supported she is in rediscovering her sexual light and fire back in her life with this community!

After carrying, naturally birthing, breastfeeding (going on 4.5 yrs now), and caring for 2 children my inner sex goddess has disappeared. I used to have a very healthy sex life and drive. After number 2 I just can't seem to find her and have 0 interest most of the time in the sexual side of myself that I can no longer seem to find. I haven't figured out yet how to go from using my body as sustenance, comfort, and safety to a sexual goddess that recieves and gives pleasure. My poor husband has a very healthy appetite and loves every inch of my body and I have been unable to connect and fulfill his desires. I hate it and often cry wondering if she will ever come back, will I ever crave and enjoy sex again? I dream about my fantasies but can't act them out when awake. Does anyone else identify with this? Please help me find her again! I know she is in there and can't wait to explore the world of pleasure and share her inner desires again!
