If you’ve ever wondered how your favorite peach stays in shape- well this is my favorite way. Climbing.
I took up climbing 5 years ago and have gotten after it since. Not only is it really fun cardio and weight training but it’s moving meditation- doesn’t allow me to focus on anything except what’s in front of me especially when lead climbing or bouldering outside- and it’s like a puzzle for your body.
A nice little top rope warm up from my session this morning.
