Let’s chat about after care. Do you like aftercare, are you experienced in it, have you yet to experience nice aftercare?
I was so used to being with lovers that would just throw me a towel after sex and immediately grab their phone- sex is an exchange of energy, it’s very vulnerable, it’s a lot of work, and it’s about love- so remember to reset with each other- hold each other- talk about the love you just shared- but don’t rush.
Start normalizing slowing down- remember to love and know you are loved.
