I do circuit training (by myself, no class) on the weight machines for 45min to an hour then 1 hour of yoga directly after. The yoga relaxes me and provides all necessary stretching. I am not even sore the next day if I do it this way! I did 2 days back to back these past 2. Today I let myself rest. Then more tomorrow. I hope to go at least 4x a week. I move into my new place this Friday!! I'm so excited!! We are going to have so much fun on cam soon! Backyard yoga, hot tub and lots of beautiful natural light inside too! Plus I'm in love w the shower tile. I've never loved tile before. It's a weird attraction, lol. Once you see it you'll understand. It's going to compliment my body and hair tones so well and bring out my eyes too. Perfection!
