🕑 Added 2020-12-16 06:38:05 +0000 UTC How many cattle egrets (the white birds) can you count (see second pic too)? I have never seen so many in one place! They were all getting ready for bed at sunset when I snapped this earlier. I had to run errands today so I stopped somewhere pretty to enjoy the sunset. It brought my experience from a frustrating trip to a wonderful trip in just a half an hour. I saw beautiful coastal arches and free climbed around some rocky points. One higher than I normally would but instead of going around I thought "up and over" and went about climbing up. I always find a ton of footholds and places to grab on in the lava rock. It's rarely slippery and I really enjoy climbing around on it. It felt wonderful to be outside, away from people and free of a mask for once. I got pizza on the way home too! 😋
