🕑 Added 2020-02-25 04:54:16 +0000 UTC Nude pics from 2011! Little known fact, back when I shot this I struggled with a secret. I'm sure the videos showed it to some extent but the photos always had to be photoshopped. This is my secret: I had acne terribly into my 20's and I couldn't figure out why. I spent tons of money seeing dermatologists, trying different things, different creams, lotions and potions. Nothing helped. One day I found a new facial lady. She was Russian and different than all of the other people I had seen. She told me very clearly something that none of the other people had told me. "You have a food allergy and that is the cause of your problem!" I immediately started removing different items from my diet for a week at a time, one by one. She said I would see my skin clear up when I found the right one. She was right. I am very "allergic" to a lot of cooking oils! My love of fried food was the culprit but it went further than that. The oils that were in a lot of baked goods were also effecting me negatively. Today I have found ways to work around that issue and still enjoy the foods I love. I render my own lard from pig fat to fry in and it's better than ever. I substitute melted butter for oil in any recipe I bake. Things turn out better than they did before. Sometimes you don't get the answers from western medicine. Not one doctor or American trained person offered me that bit of advice. It was a woman that did amazing facials out of her home to save money on the expensive rent in Los Angeles. Best facials ever too. I do miss her! I have taken an interest in Ayurvedic medicine since then. Someday I would love an herb garden full of the amazing things they talk about. For now I'll eat as much Indian food as possible. :)
