Fuck. I stayed in bed icing my injury all damn day yesterday. I was really hoping it would be better today. It is not. I'm out of everything so I must go get supplies. My plan: pack ice packs in a cooler, bring anti inflammatory pills, ice before I leave and fashion a blow up ring of sorts out of the pool floaties I have until I can buy a proper one. 😂 fuck me. It hurts much to cough or retrieve anything from a low or floor level. Luckily my neighbor is helping w bird chores. I am simply unable. Fuck. I really can't stand being useless. I tried to Hitachi for a second yesterday. Fuck no. Any movement/tilting of hips hurts so much. So I'm increasingly getting hornier as well. Lol. I can't wait to feel better.
