Oh my guys! Sorry about the delay... I decided to re-film this workout. I'm afraid to say I've had to break my promise... I can't remember who I promised an entirely naked work-out to, but I have a couple of spots on my ass, one in particular looked horrible! I PROMISE (really really really promise) I'll do an entirely naked workout next week instead. I put some toothpaste on the spot and I'm happy to say it's shrunk! I just felt really gross yesterday but I am feeling more body confident today. So I've re-filmed the scene but in black briefs! The camera can't even see it, but I felt like it was as big as Rudolf's red nose as I initially filmed this haha. Anyway, tomorrow is Throwback Thursday so I have another day to see if I can shrink the spot completely!
