Thank you for being here. It has come to my attention that some users have had “The Secret to Happiness,” starring Vanessa Jay, removed from their inbox. The one thing these users have in common is that they should have received the video as a welcome message because they joined between July 1-5.
If you joined during this period and do not have the video in your inbox, please let me know and I will make it right.
I did not remove the video. It seems that OF is just being a buggy website, and because their support teams are so useless it is unlikely that I will be able to receive an answer regarding this problem soon. But this is a good place for me to add: if you ever encounter problems with products you may have purchased or received with me, please know that it is likely the platform—not me!—that is responsible for those problems. However, after I investigate your subscription history, purchases, etc to verify that you are entitled to what you claim, I will ALWAYS do what I can to make it right.
