i made a fun lil tutorial on my newest smoothie obsession. i didn't make the strawberry glaze, but tbh if you have the coconut cream, it's good enough. zuma valley sells pre-packaged FROZEN coconut cream and it is LIFE CHANGING I STG.

INGREDIENTS
♡ 1/2 banana (frozen)
♡ 6 strawberries (frozen)
♡ 2 dates (pitted)
♡ 1/4 avocado
♡ 1 scoop of Vital Proteins vanilla collagen powder
♡ Vanilla stevia
♡ 2 tbsp sea moss gel
♡ Splash of maple syrup
♡ Almond milk
♡ 1-2 tbsp coconut cream
INSTRUCTIONS
♡ Blend all ingredients except coconut cream
♡ Streak 3-4 lines down your glass with coconut cream
♡ Pour blended smoothie into glass
♡ Slurp that mf down
