I had the most horrible sleep and only just ate breakfast and made coffee (it’s 1pm😓) Basically I’m due to start my period and whenever I come off of my birth control I plummet down mentally for a day or two and that started yesterday, so combined with having a horrible night before sleeping I also was too warm in the night which for some reason really, really affects my sleep and I end up waking up hourly, tossing and turning, tensing up so when I keep waking up my body is aching, and having the craziest dreams😵 These two things rarely coincide but unfortunately last night they did so I’m going to take a couple hours to have some coffee, rehydrate, and get feeling a bit better before I start work for the day😓 I’ll reply to anyone’s overnight messages within the next few hours I promise🖤🖤🖤
