I spent so much of my life hating my body and trying to find ways to hide parts of me with clothing or poses or personality… being able to take a selfie and like how my body looks is a new joy in my life. You can’t understand how awesome and powerful it can feel to like a photo of yourself, unless you’ve experienced how awful it can feel to hate to hate your own reflection.
