Anyone who guessed twerk or dance practice was right 🥲 I practiced this dance for HOURS yesterday and my thighs are soooo fucking sore. It wasn’t even hard at the time until my quads caught up to me today😅 I had to follow along at half speed to learn the moves, still can’t quite nail the full speed version. That twisty part on the floor is so hard for me idk why😤 And yes, my “knee pads” are socks I cut up. SO WHAT.
One of my goals is to be a better dancer. I have never danced naturally or felt an easy connection to my body. Honestly filming for OF has changed that for me a lot, it’s given me a new self connection and sensuality that I’m very grateful for, but it’s not the whole picture. I want to move and flow with ease, to feel sexy and confident. It’s been one of the biggest challenges I’ve faced this year and I’ve felt a lot of frustration with it.. but slowly, I am getting better. And I’m having fun with it too.
