Watch me pose and do some tennis training.. I was a relatively good club tennis player until a stopped 7 years ago to pursue bodybuilding to the max. I just play now because it’s so much fun and great cardio 2-3 times a week as a prep for my upcoming Bodybuilding shows. Great being outdoors and doing some intense cardio. Even at 120kg..
