Today I’m practicing relaxing as a cat would...Under the sun shining through my best windows.
A common misconception would be that pet play is sexual. I’ve found it to be an excellent wait to isolate moments and create a new more intimate one that would otherwise not happen as a humans tend to fill time or feel guilty for relaxation if it isn’t meditation or yoga.
I’m a cat, likened to one. The sun feels nice on my skin as I type this. I don’t feel half bad.
