Join me for my evening run! 👟
Something a little different and “normal” except for the bouncing running boobs and naked bits!
So those of you who have been around a while will know how much I love running & how it really helps me mentally and physically but if you’re new I guess this is a little insight into me!
I’ve gone from 75 mile endurance races to struggling through 5ks
Tonight I was aiming for 10km/6 miles keeping my average pace under 8.30 minute miles & I smashed it so I’m super proud - see the receipts at the end of the video!
Also before that there’s my post run cold shower - something else I really love right now & getting into the evenings sleeping attire!
Just a reminder that you are capable of more than you realise 💪🏻
*disclaimer although this video is for sexual purposes I wear this to run in because it’s comfortable on longer runs/warmer days - please don’t sexualise women running in real life or make them feel uncomfortable just enjoy it in places like this!
