**This was only about a year ago but holy faaa*k!!**
My bod was so killer before i got long-covid and lost literally all my muscle because i was stuck in bed and super low energy for what felt like 5ever… 😳 i’m finally getting back to feeling healthy and strong and hitting the gym regularly again. I’ll get back to this soon.
