I recorded a few videos of today's stretching and I will post some of them here today and some tomorrow because I have to go to sleep soon to get up at 5:40 for my next training. 🙈 Natural recording, no makeup, no posing, just me and my routine 😇 Sorry about the socks - I put on fresh ones before stretching, but you know what it's like after an hour of intense training 😅
