Family get togethers of this magnitude (wedding) make it sort of tough. It’s been wonderful to catch up with those I haven’t seen in years but it does get to be so much. I know I mentioned I was worried about getting interrogated by people about what I’ve been up to. I was happy I was wrong about that last week but I was definitely right for this visit. The difference is those were acquaintances and these are people who I’ve know my whole life. I received some pretty disappointing news today, and a couple other things transpired that’s left me feeling so drained. Usually I would go off alone, cry it out for a few days and move on. But there is nowhere to be alone to cry and even if there was, it would be noticed and brought up.
