Monday morning means one thing. Work on my booty gains 💪🏻🍑The last set of squats today was tough! 🥵 Would have been nice to have someone spot me and then help me stretch in the changing rooms after my workout 😏I'm sure Jax will help me stretch a little later when I get home though
