As an update from the recent message, will be offering online coaching for muscle/growth hypertrophy-focused routines. Starting with just a couple of clients: fees would be $150 for initial consultation (establishing goals, expectations, discussing workouts/plan) and $100 thereafter biweekly for check-ins, progress updates, workout tweaking. Also up to sell individuals workouts (chest day, for example), $25 each. If interested, shoot a message.
