🕑 Added 2022-08-08 03:34:54 +0000 UTC Finally home after a long day of spending time with family! I hope you all had a great day and of course… here’s some boobs to cheer you up if you didn’t 😘 I get asked sometimes what’s the best way to stay on the right track eating wise when you have family functions to go to and I’ll give you my little secret! ALWAYS BRING THINGS TO SNACK ON! Stopped at the store beforehand and got some fresh juices, organic strawberries and blueberries to snack on while we were there! And of course we enjoyed the burgers and skipped the dessert! Hahah sometimes eating better means having to plan ahead but just remember QUALITY OF LIFE IS EVERYTHING!! And when you look at it that way you aren’t “missing out” you’re making decision that have a lasting impact ❤️ That is all for my little nutritional today bit today 😍
